Tommy Bohannon is a seasoned healthcare staffing leader with over 27 years of experience spanning permanent and contract recruitment, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and integration leadership across some of the industry's most demanding environments.

Tommy's career spans both sides of the acquisition table — an early employer was acquired by a major publicly traded healthcare staffing enterprise, and he stayed on post-close, ultimately rising to Vice President of Strategic Operations and Execution within a ~$750M division of that $5B organization. That trajectory gave him firsthand experience of what integration looks and feels like from the acquired company's perspective, and then from the acquirer's — a vantage point that directly informs how he structures and leads engagements today. In that senior role, he led operations for sales, delivery, account management, and sales coordination across a high-volume physician and leadership placement business, and oversaw multiple acquisitions from diligence through full integration and rebranding.

More recently, Tommy has served in a fractional COO capacity for an early-stage healthcare staffing startup — providing executive-level operational leadership across recruiting, process development, and technology buildout during a critical growth phase. He has also held a VP of Operations role with a UK-headquartered international healthcare staffing group operating delivery teams across South Africa and India, deepening his expertise in offshore staffing models, cross-cultural team leadership, and the complexity of globally distributed service delivery.
